True, I like your article! There's increasing evidence that berries are good for you. Humans have evolved to eat these fruits (for example we don't synthesize our own vitamin C) so it comes to no surprize that it is healthy to eat plenty of these.
I also like to point out that blackberries are now freely available all around us (have a stroll in the countryside and, take a bag and start picking free blackberries) and these are a great health booster if your on a tight budget (i.e. loganberries, stawberries, goji berries can be very expensive if bought from a supermarket)
