Howdy Fellow LabSpaces Bloggers,
I am very sorry to see the two departures from LabSpaces today. Tideliar and Genomic Repairman, it's been a pleasure and an honor interacting with you. Sorry to see you go, but I will continue to enjoy your posts wherever your internet travels take you.
In reading the respective departure posts, I noticed complaints regarding bloggers who haven't been terribly prolific with their posts. I'm certain that I would fall into that category…and possibly even other categories listed as frustration points. In the interest of not tarnishing the reputation of LabSpaces or contributing to the exodus of additional, more prolific bloggers, I want to make it clear that I will amicably surrender my blogging pen here at LabSpaces if the overlords deem it appropriate.
When I accepted Brian's kind invitation to blog at LabSpaces, I mentioned that, due to various other commitments, I wouldn't be able to be as prolific as some of his other bloggers. Those other commitments have lived up to (and, as of lately, far exceeded) my estimation of their time. Such is life, and we all have to prioritize our time as we see fit.
I'll leave the final decision up to Brian and anyone else he may wish to consult on this matter. As I said, I will accept any decision regarding my fate cordially. To the extent that I'm able, I would rather be part of the solution than the problem.
It's probably best to save any further response pending a decision from Brian, but I would like to mention that it has been a wonderful experience interacting with everyone here--thank you.
