Oh wow. Sorry, dropped the ball guys. I don't have net at home so I've not been running through my usual routines of blogs/forums/ etc and keeping up to date. Sorry.

Hey everyone, sorry. I've been helping out my sister all day today (she hurt her back again).

I'm going to write about how I would have loved to have studied microbiology, but I learned about it while doing my thesis on animal physiology :)

I'm not sure I'll be able to post on the theme. How do you write about something you know nothing about? I'd probably write about my thesis work which still bothers me to this day that there are unanswered questions.

Sure. I could do astronomy or astrobiology, or even astrophysics, which I know very little about but sounds super-cool. I am all psyched up about planetarium presenting right now. Space is awesome! Cool

I'm going to write about a research project I'd do if I wasn't working on human molecular biology stuff

Alchemystress - You started school doing theatre??

I was really into theatre back in the day, and even mused about it in a previous post: http://www.labspaces.net/blog/668/What_I_d_be_doing_if_I_wasn_t_doing_science___A_Musical

I like both of David's suggestions & would enjoy writing something on both of these topics.

I was thinking ... how about an aspect of science that you don't study that you wish you could?

Like me with Microbiology.

Or what about the simple question of why you went into science? What drew you in?
