I've been seeing unchecked human population growth as being the elephant in the room no one wants to talk about, especially in country where individual rights are seen as vital for life. But the population growth is the catalyst for so many other problems that were going to have to grow up and talk about it.
Maybe instead of healthcare reform, we need death reform? It's definitely an issue, but how do you regulate something like that ethically?
