Damn right! And just relying on the cure can lead to a pesky little phenomenon called resistance!

That's a good point. We are seeing resistance to diseases crop up everywhere lately.


I don't think this is actually about prevention though. They are just keeping a close eye on what the populations are doing so they can respond quicker.
