Yea... Satan does not mean adversary in Hebrew.. it means Satan, just like it does in English. There is a far off interpretation in the bible that does mean something of the sort, but for the most part, in accepted daily use, Satan means the bad guy, who you want to stay clear of.. not some lesser 'adversary'.
