I write about, photograph, video and illustrate - the natural world. I have worked in and out academic science since 1974, in many varied disciplines (engineering, physics, astronomy, chemistry, geology, medical science, biology, veterinary and more). I am currently involved in building educational tools with a natural history theme for children. Many more outside of the explicit realm of science, but will have effect there as well.Interests:
