Anyone else use this damn statistical program?

I grew up learning on Minitab, and if it weren't so damn expensive (~$1,300) and the fact that my institution has a site-license for SAS, I'd use it. As it is, I often use the Excel plugin Analyse-It for quick and dirty work, and heck if it doesn't do half the stuff SAS does ... and does it quicker.

I mean, just to get the lsmeans of 32 samples, I had to write ~50 lines to get the lsmeans and std errors in SAS. That's a damn joke!

F**k you SAS!

Dude at least you have excel plug ins in the new version for pc, Mac lost that when they threw visual basic in the fucking trash. I too hate SAS and would rather take a needle in the eye than work with that.

Where I am there is always some show-off that learned R and will give you a plug-in for excel. Or you can find one online. they are usually pretty straightforward, at least the ones I have seen. No muss, no fuss!
