Hi!

Can anyone tell me whether preparing the Griess reagent in the lab is succesful in reasearch work? (since the kit is a bit expensive). 

Also is it possible to detect nitrosamines in latex using Greiss reagent after the nitrosamines have been denitrosated (converted to 2ry amines)?
