I am investigating the role of the disulfide bridge on the dynamics of metal-free Wild Type and FALS mutated variants of Human Cu, Zn Superoxide Dismutase. The purpose of this short term goal is to characterize the conformational ensemble of an immature form of the protein as one of the boundary value structures for later studying its folding pathways from completely unfolded structures using a boundary value formulation.Interests:
