Ok all you transfection experts, I have a question. I'm not very well versed in the topic, so I'm hoping one of you is. A couple of the constructs that I need are in MSCV, will that infect human cells? Since MSCV is a form of retrovirus, could I make it in Phoenix cells instead of 293 to ensure it would infect human cells?
