Maybe I am missing something, but is there a way I can view only "Healthcare" or "Physics" headlines?

Just do a search from the news archives with that discipline as the search term. I'll add a link to each discipline so that if you click on it from the main page it will automatically do that search

I added search to the main page. Just click on the discipline and it will automatically search the DB for all of the articles that have been posted with that tag.
