Added a comment notification RSS feed, you can find it at the top of each blog comment section. Add this to your feed reader to be notified of any new comments on your blog. I think this is much less annoying than email notifications. I can send those too, just ask :)

I also wrote a basic CSS tutorial and made a list of all the elements on your blog you might like to style. If you have any questions, e-mail me or start a new CSS thread here. You can download the FAQ here: http://www.labspaces.net/CSS_edit.pdf

I'm going to try to get the "Pages" added tomorrow during the day in between experiments. I'll tackle the photoalbum tomorrow night!

In addition to what Evie said- I think it would be good to see who left the last comment on an article and the date so we can see if a new comment was posted just by looking down the list.

Added a longer preview of the blog text, Summaries are still needed for the main page though. I like the way the "Blog" page and user Blog pages look now. Let me know what you think.

I lied. "Additional Pages" should be done tomorrow. I'm done with the script, but I'm sleepy and will test it tomorrow.

I need to rethink "AJAX-ing comments etc" because that might not work so well on non-smart phone mobile devices. Should I care about those...??

CSS sandbox is really just one line of code, so I can get that done tomorrow too.

Then we can start thinking about main page blog feed organization and layout.

Candid Engineer mentioned that he had problems finding the commenting input fields. Does anyone else think that's a problem? He's the first to bring it up since the redesign.

Candid Engineer is a girl!!!!!!!!!!! :)

I agree with her that it's a little weird to have to scroll through all the blank space to find the comments. Is it possible to code things so that the comments lie directly beneath the post (and to the left of the sidebar), rather than under all the blog content?

Ought, you mean instead of below right hand column. I guess I misunderstood what she meant. :) and yes, I can do that. We'll see what it looks like. It's definitely an issue on short posts

I think moving the comment box directly below the post instead of below all the blog content is an excellent idea. Also would it be possible (and maybe not too difficult) to set it up to jump directly to the comments section when you click the comments link on the post summary?

On a different note, from an aesthetic standpoint, have you considered either making the sidebar a little smaller so that there's a little more space between the main content column and the sidebar? And/or placing some divider (as simple as a thin line) between the content and the sidebar? I think these changes might reduce the occasional appearance that the content runs into the sidebar.

Thanks again for all the work you're putting in :)

Comments now display below the post.

I shrank the right hand column by 5px to give a little more white space.

Added an anchor to the comments section when you click comments.
